During Spring Quarter 2008 The Western Libraries offered users an opportunity to talk to us about what the liked about the library, disliked, or felt we were just missing completely. Over 600 postings were made on a wide variety of topics and concerns. During the 14 Days the blog was open for comment the library mostly stayed out of the conversation wanting instead to hear what you had to say.
Over the summer we took some significant steps to address the issues & concerns raised during the 14 Days To Have Your Say project. Many posts are answered below but rather than answer all 600 posts – many of which covered much the same ground – we’ve chosen instead to post a summary document of what we’ve accomplished so far and answer other posts that fell outside of the summary document.
Rest assured though the comment you provide through 14 Days continues to be a touchstone as we examine new initiatives and projects. So keep talking to us!
