The library should be accessible as a place to study and read at all times. At least one area should remain open 24 hours a day (Perhaps restricted to students/staff/faculty as UW does for its 24 hour access?) to allow persons to work on their own schedule.

Currently there is no place on campus to study once the library closes. I do not enjoy having the lights turned off and being asked to leave when I have more to do.

Please improve the noise regulations! Where have the 'quiet zone'/'no cell phone use' signs gone off to? A library by definition is a collection of books housed in a restricted noise zone created to allow concentration and reduce distractions.

Why not more strictly enforce noise standards to the entire library, excluding the Wilson sky bridge and directly connected traffic flow areas?

Ditto

Haggard is half of a Library, Wilson is the other half, neither of them are open nearly long enough to fit my schedule as a working, breathing student. One way or another having 24 access to the library would be my 1st priority in making this a better place to go to school.
