Is there any way that we can make it so that I can just type in library.wwu.edu, and it will lead to the library? I keep forgetting that I need to put the www in the beginning there.

This one has been addressed! There is now a redirect page so that you can leave of the 'www" and still easily access the library home page.

Some browsers handle this
Some people are saying this is a problem with some browsers. Rather, it's a problem that some browsers can work around.
Some browsers when they find, for example, "example.com" doesn't work will automatically try "www.example.com". This is something that shouldn't HAVE to be done by the browser, and it would be trivial with most web servers and experienced admins to simply make library.wwu.edu point to www.library.wwu.edu. In fact, it's generally considered good style to do so, if you insist on keeping the "www" bit at all.

comfort, hours, and information
I am a daily user of the Library, and i agree with the comments on extended hours. If not 24 hours, it would be nice if an area in the library was open until maybe 2am a few days a week. It is difficult when needing to study or do other things than just simply use a computer to go anywhere on campus with big tables and space to read past mid night.
I also agree with the coments about having a place similar to the sky bridge with more comfy couches and such, i think that would aid in other areas needing to be quieter for those studying.
Lastly, i think there should be free or 5 cent drip coffee in the library everyday after 10pm, maybe even earlier

I believe this has something to do with certain computers and/or their browsers, because it works perfectly fine on my home computer but not on the ones at school. It might be a very simple fix.

This seems to be an issue with a lot of Western's site. even wwu.edu doesn't work, you need www.wwu.edu.
